Digby Construction was founded in 2010 by Founder/Owner Billy Digby, and began with a purchased truck, a leased backhoe, a borrowed trailer and a strong desire to provide companies with the best possible quality of service. Initial projects included earth moving projects around Snyder, Texas.
Over a decade later, Digby has grown into what it is today-a full service earthworks and construction company with a range of turnkey solutions to help companies throughout the Permian Basin do what they do best.
PRESIDENT
Billy has over 25 years in the field industry. He started out at ED Walton Construction (1999-2002) company right out of high school as an equipment operator. He then went to be the divisional manager for BJB Company (2002-2010), with them opening a yard in Snyder TX. In 2010 he opened Digby in his hometown of Hermleigh, Texas.
VICE PRESIDENT
Jamie came to work at Digby in 2010. Jamie went to Texas State Technical college for Computer Information Technology. She currently runs the financials & accounting of Digby Construction.
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Casey came to us from Arizona in 2011. Casey has over 30 years in the construction and dirt industry. Casey currently oversees the daily operations of jobs, and crews. Casey is a huge part of why we are who we are today.
OFFICE MANAGER
David is a 20-year veteran in the United States Army. He came to work for Digby in 2019, after being the Asset Manager for Gravity Oilfield Services ( 2011-2019).Digby has not had a pad site job run over in its history. This comes down to the expertise upfront to assess a job, the commitment from the staff to complete the job on time, and the cross-training of employees to handle various roles as needed.
